GSBC Inc. was founded on principles that sadly are not very common these days such as trust, integrity, respect, humility and dedication. We strive to cultivate a culture where people matter, they are respected and empowered to do what they do best. The outcome of this is a high level of craftsmanship in our work which is rarely found using cheap labor. It also is the foundation of lasting relationship between us and our clients.
Sadly, the two most common ways to cut expenses in this industry are cheap labor and cheap materials. More than likely I don’t need to tell you that the real cost savings of these common practices are typically not seen on the bottom line. They are more often transferred through to the customer who ends up with a subpar product which does not stand the test of time.
A culture of trust and integrity are not something that can just be written into a company’s handbook. They have to be part of a company’s DNA. We are driven here at GSBC to create smart, efficient and collaborative growth for us, our clients and the industry as a whole.
